Mississippi Brilla (7-4-1) picked up a 3-2 home victory over the visiting Louisiana Krewe (5-3-4) on Saturday night. This was Brilla's second straight win, and it gave the team full control of second place in the USL2's Mid South Division.

BATON ROUGE, La. - After losing its last two matches, Mississippi Brilla FC was able to get back into the win column. Brilla (6-4-1) defeated LA Parish AC (1-9-3) 2-0 at Baton Rouge's Olympia Stadium on Thursday night.
Striker Franck Kouentchi opened the scoring in the 4th minute. Luke Bryant’s cross found the head of Miguel Fernandez, but Fernandez’s header was saved by the goalkeeper. However, the Frenchman was in the right place and thumped the ball into an empty net for his team-leading seventh goal of the season.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Mississippi Brilla FC fell to the Little Rock Rangers by a close 2-1 score on Saturday night in Little Rock. The loss drops Brilla to a 5-4-1 record, while the Rangers move to 4-5-3.
Goalkeeper Chris Morrish made a couple of nice saves early on, including a diving save of an onrushing Rangers player at the back post.
