What are your thoughts on the atmosphere, players, and environment at Brilla?
“This summer playing for Brilla has been a blessing. The atmosphere is extremely motivating. This starts from the Bryant family helping us with anything and everything; to the coaching staff helping us develop on all aspects of our life and game – even showing up early or staying late with us if we need to get more reps in; to the brotherhood with the boys! Being in an environment where everyone has the same goals, determination, and skill – even if we’re all from different backgrounds – has helped me grow immensely in my game.”
How has the game of soccer intertwined with your faith?
“From the moment that I could walk, I’ve been kicking a ball. Soccer has been my entire life, and I hope it continues to be such an important part of my future, whether playing, coaching, or just spectating. With that being said, my faith has always gone hand in hand with my passion for the sport. I always thank God for this blessing that is helping me grow in my relationship with Him, while also doing what I love the most!”
What is your favorite verse?
“My favorite Bible verse is 2 Timothy 1:7. 'For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.' ”
