USL League Two recently announced its intent to return to competition in 2021, and the league followed up with its schedule release today. The 2020 USL League Two season was cancelled due to the global pandemic.
Mississippi Brilla FC will be entering its 14th season in the league, and will be competing in the Mid South Division of the Central Conference. Familiar competition includes Texas United, Houston FC, Brazos Valley Calvary FC, Corpus Cristi FC, and AHFC Royals (Houston, TX). Little Rock Rangers (Arkansas) and Round Rock SC (Austin, TX) enter the Mid South Division as new USL League Two clubs for 2021.
Brilla will kickoff the season at home on Saturday, May 15 as newcomer Round Rock SC makes their first ever visit to Clinton, MS. The opening contest will be the first of 3 straight home matches to begin the 2021 season. The fourteen game season will conclude on July 10 with a road trip to Round Rock, TX.
