  • Brilla Signs Lander Trio

    Mississippi Brilla FC coach Mark McKeever continues to strengthen his Premier Development League summer squad with the additions of Lander University's Richard Bryan, Jordan Skelton, and Sinclaire Sandy, pending league approval.  Lander competes in the same conference as McKeever's Young Harris team, so the gaffer was able to watch the signees twice this season.  The players, who all hail from England, helped Lander earn a 1-1 record against Young Harris.

  • Bell to Make Brilla Return

    Premier Development League franchises change the fabric of their team year after year.  Mississippi Brilla FC is no exception, so it is a welcome change when a familiar name returns.  Jordan Bell, a key component of  Brilla's 2015 division winning side, will be returning to Clinton, MS for the upcoming season. 

    Bell was a standout goalkeeper at Upper Iowa University from 2010-2014.  The Glasgow, Scotland native made 53 starts and made over 320 saves in his career.  His senior season was arguably his best, as he led the Peacocks to their first ever MIAA Conference Tournament appearance.

    Mississippi Brilla FC coach Mark McKeever continues to bring in more talent with the latest additions of Frenchmen Jeremy Despringre and Thibaut Bourrier, pending league approval.  The two are the latest Frenchmen to commit their summers to Brilla in the Premier Development League, following countrymen Thomas Vancaeyezeele and Enzo Giuliani.

    Despringre recently finished his first season at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he made 14 starts at the heart of their midfield.  This summer should be a key point in springing him forward in his career.  McKeever is expecting Despringre to be a key contributor to his Brilla...

    Mississippi Brilla FC Coach Mark McKeever has bolstered his 2017 squad with the signings of Thomas Vancaeyezeele and Enzo Giuliani, pending league approval.  These two are the latest Frenchmen to make their way to Mississippi, and both will be expected to add quality and experience to the team. 

    Vancaeyezeele, a Caan native, recently finished a fruitful season at the University of Charleston.  The team won the NEC Tournament and finished as runners-up in the NCAA Division II Tournament.  The 5-11 defender was a mainstay on the Golden Eagles' backline, making 17 starts.  He tallied one goal and...

  • Brilla Signs William Carey Duo

    Mississippi Brilla FC coach Mark McKeever has reinforced his 2017 team with the addition of two local products.  William Carey University's Chance Bourdene and Grant Adam will be staying relatively close to home this summer.  The rising seniors were key pieces of the Crusaders' recent NAIA tournament run, and McKeever will be looking for both of them to contribute this summer.

    Coach Mark McKeever's 2017 Mississippi Brilla FC squad continues to take shape with recent additions.  CSU Bakersfield teammates Louis Lapouge and Jacob Alatorre are the latest players to commit their summers to Brilla’s Premier Development League season, pending league approval. 

    Lapouge played in 18 matches, racking up nine starts.  The 6'1” Parisian forward scored twice and added two assists in his first American collegiate season.  McKeever is expecting big things from Lapouge.
